I dined at Spice Market and the experience was very nice. Everything was great from the start. The sushi was fresh, beautifully presented, and delicious. I really loved the ambience and service at Market restaurant as well. It offered a nice respite. The hotel has a gym that I was able to use.
The hotel was busy. I found the queues for breakfast too long.

The gym is well equipped, it features modern machines and sufficient space for a full workout. The hotel offers diverse dining options, including Spice Market and Market restaurant. The bar on the second floor is very hospitable and provides a nice setting for late evening drinks.

i stayed in a nice room with modern design. the gym had updated technogym equipment, and it was very clean. staff was friendly and helpful, i did have a good experience overall.
the pool area felt small and not so inviting to lie down.

the room was spacious and very clean. i loved the pillows and the bath. the hotel's location is perfect, and the service was excellent. as two women traveling together, we felt safe and welcomed.
the arabic woman at reception on may 22nd at around 2pm was unattentive. she was looking the other way while i was talking to her and was dismissive of my questions. she is not supposed to be in a customer facing position.

ismail helped so much with check-in and check-out. he. the hotel has friendly staff. the staff was very willing to assist.
the hotel could improve noise insulation in rooms. i heard some noise from nearby areas. klaxon sounds due to traffic congestion were noticeable.

the marvelous room was super spacious! and modern. the staff remembered my birthday and congratulated me in the lobby. we came back to the room and found another cake with happy birthday on it.
The gym didn't have conditioner. It only provided body wash and shampoo. there was only one bathrobe in the room! though we needed two.
